Singapore private home prices flatten further, up 0.5% in Q2
The price growth of private homes in Singapore eased in the second quarter of 2025, up 0.5 per cent over the previous three months, flash estimates released by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) showed on Tuesday (Jul 1).
