Singapore : Singapore must be prepared to embark on projects that take decades to bear fruit, and have the political will and the resources to follow through, said Minister for National Development Desmond Lee on Thursday (Feb 20).

In January, local private housing rents fell by 0.3% month-on-month, while rental transaction volume increased by 7.6%.

Singapore’s non-landed private home rents fell in January, down slightly by 0.3% month-on-month, compared with a month-on-month increase of 0.9% in December last year.
