Private home prices up 0.8%, rents rise 0.4% in Q1: URA
Prices of private residential property prices rose 0.8 per cent in the first quarter of 2025, figures released by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) showed on Friday (Apr 25).

Office rents in Singapore’s central region up 0.3% qoq in Q1 2025: URA
The Urban Redevelopment Authority’s (URA) office rental index for Singapore’s central region rose 0.3 per cent in the first quarter of 2025 over the previous quarter, against the drop of 0.9 per cent quarter on quarter (qoq) in Q4 2024.

Retail rents fell 0.5% in the first quarter of this year, while office rents rose 0.3%
Local retail rents fell 0.5% quarter-on-quarter in the first quarter of this year, compared with a 0.6% increase in the fourth quarter of last year. As of the end of the first quarter of this year, vacancy rates for retail space and office buildings across the island have increased.

A Good Class Bungalow (GCB) along Old Holland Road, belonging to automotive group Komoco Holdings executive chairman Teo Hock Seng, has been sold via private treaty, after being withdrawn from auction.
Some Singapore retailers feel the pinch as US tariffs take effect
Local collectibles company Mighty Jaxx felt the immediate impact of the tariffs on its shipments currently on the way to the US. “These shipments would be hit with the required tariffs upon landing in the US,” said Mr Victor Tan, chief investment officer of Mighty Jaxx.
HDB resale prices up 1.6% in Q1, sales rise 2.6%
Resale prices of public housing flats grew 1.6 per cent in the first quarter of 2025, data released by the Housing and Development Board (HDB) on Friday (Apr 25) showed.

More housing is planned to be built in the area around Kallang Road and Upper Boon Keng Road, with an estimated maximum of 30 to 40 storeys. Analysts interviewed predict that there is a high possibility of building HDB flats there in the future, with a potential of about 1,200 units, and it may be a HDB project in a prime location.

Changi Airport’s passenger traffic hits 17.2 million in Q1 2025
Changi Airport handled 17.2 million passenger movements from January to March 2025 – 4.3 per cent more than the figure recorded in the same period in 2024. Also, passenger traffic in the first quarter of 2025 was 4.8 per cent more than that in the first quarter of 2019, before the Covid-19 pandemic struck.

CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust NPI slips 0.8% on lower revenue
CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust : C38U +0.47% posted a net property income (NPI) of S$291.5 million for its first quarter of FY2025, a 0.8 per cent fall from the previous corresponding period. This came as revenue dropped 0.8 per cent on the year to S$395.3 million.
CapitaLand India Trust Q1 total property income up 14% at 4.7 billion rupees
CapitaLand India Trust (Clint) posted a total property income of 4.7 billion rupees (S$74.6 million) for its first quarter ended Mar 31, 2025, up 14 per cent from the 4.2 billion rupees in the same period a year earlier.
Keppel Q1 profit up over 25%; firm expects limited direct impact from US tariffs
Keppel’s net profit rose more than 25 per cent for the first quarter ended March, driven by improvements in its real estate and asset management arms. Marina Bay Sands Q1 revenue holds steady at US$1.2 billion amid strong operating environment
