The Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (SHAREDA) paid a courtesy visit to REDAS on 22 September. Both associations exchanged views on the property market and housing policies in Singapore and East Malaysia.

The URA-REDAS Spark Challenge 3rd Edition Award Ceremony, themed “Enlivening Public Spaces” was held on 28 April 2022 at the Marina Square. Ms Indanee Rajah, Second Minister for National Development and Manpower graced the occasion as our Guest-of-Honour. The 5 winning prototypes - ‘Park Yourself’, ‘Colour Play’, ‘Fill My Little World’, ‘Cash Love Clout’ and ‘Symbiosis’, were transformed into experiential installations in participating pilot Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) and precincts for public enjoyment.

On 23 January 2025, the 36th BCA-REDAS Built Environment and Real Estate Prospects Seminar continued its proud tradition of fostering partnerships that shape Singapore's real estate and built environment sectors. With over 500 attendees and a stellar lineup of speakers and panelists, the seminar provided invaluable perspectives on the 2025 outlook, transformative practices, and strategies to advance the sector.
On 23 January 2025, the 36th BCA-REDAS Built Environment and Real Estate Prospects Seminar continued its proud tradition of fostering partnerships that shape Singapore's real estate and built environment sectors. With over 500 attendees and a stellar lineup of speakers and panelists, the seminar provided invaluable perspectives on the 2025 outlook, transformative practices, and strategies to advance the sector.
Held on 10 January 2025, the tour of URA exhibition on “Delivering into the Future: Enabling Safe and Efficient Deliveries” brought together some 24 REDAS members. As participants delved into innovative ideas and best practices that can be implemented in various developments, including shopping malls, commercial spaces, and residential areas, they also shared their experiences and challenges in planning for infrastructure and designing spaces to facilitate safer and more efficient delivery processes. Delivery volumes are expected to remain high. URA will take members’ feedback into consideration as they continue to encourage industry’s support to enhance last-mile deliveries and create a more liveable environment that meets the evolving needs of our urban landscape.

Supported by the Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSH Council) and set to the theme "Transformational WSH Leadership”, this year’s forum affirmed developers’ concerted effort to instil and inspire commitment to safety (WSH) as a core value at organisation’s level (from top management to workers) as well as motivate industry partners to prioritise WSH and develop collective ownership to achieve the nation’s shared WSH 2028 Vision - strengthen WSH ownership, promote technology enabled WSH and enhance focus on workplace health.
