Singapore, 10 January 2025 – The Real Estate Developers’ Association of Singapore (REDAS) is pleased to announce the appointment of its Management Committee (MC) for the new 2-year term 2025/2026.

At the REDAS Annual General Meeting held on 9 January 2025, Mr Tan Swee Yiow was unanimously re-elected as President of REDAS for the term 2025/2026. Mr Tan is currently the Chairman of Keppel REIT Management Limited. Comprising esteemed leaders in the real estate industry, the new Management Committee for 2025/2026 attests to the Association’s continued dedication to driving innovation, collaboration, and sustainable growth within Singapore’s built environment and real estate sector.

Mr Tan expressed his gratitude and commitment: “I am honored to be re-elected to lead REDAS in this next chapter. The composition of our Management Committee is thoughtfully balanced to encompass a broad representation across sectors, scales, and expertise within the industry. This diversity ensures that we can effectively champion initiatives with meaningful impact on the wider built environment ecosystem. Together, we will continue to drive innovation, strengthen collaboration, and shape a vibrant, future-ready industry that contributes to Singapore’s growth and resilience.”

Immediate Past President, Mr Chia Ngiang Hong, extended his congratulations to the REDAS President and MC Members: “President Tan’s re-election is a testament to his exemplary leadership and the trust placed in him by the REDAS community. As Immediate Past President, I remain committed to supporting the Association’s mission and working alongside the Management Committee to advance initiatives that drive innovation, deepen collaboration, and ensure the sustainable growth of Singapore’s real estate industry.”
