Ordinary Member: GuocoLand

GuocoLand continues to make waves in 2025, marked by a series of bold project launches and milestone achievements in sustainable financing. Its recent residential projects have drawn strong market interest, underscoring the company’s consistent ability to anticipate evolving lifestyle aspirations and urban trends.

Across Singapore, GuocoLand’s developments have become synonymous with placemaking excellence. From rejuvenating the Tanjong Pagar and Beach Road–Bugis districts through its flagship integrated developments, Guoco Tower and Guoco Midtown, to establishing Lentor Hills in the north as a highly sought-after residential enclave, the Group has demonstrated how thoughtful design and urban foresight can transform entire precincts.

Building on this momentum, GuocoLand and its partners introduced Springleaf Residence, the first high-rise development in the Springleaf area and Singapore’s first condominium designed with a biodiversity-sensitive approach. The project reflects the Group’s deep commitment to harmonising development with nature. This was followed by Faber Residence in Clementi, a 399-unit riverfront development that achieved 86% sales at launch.

Looking ahead, River Modern at River Valley Green will extend the Group’s track record of delivering seamlessly connected, high-quality urban living. The development will enjoy direct access to Great World MRT station and Great World shopping mall, enriching the live–work–play experience in the River Valley precinct.

GuocoLand has also strengthened its leadership in sustainable development. It recently secured a S$619.3 million green facility to fund the River Valley Green project, alongside S$1.24 billion in green loans earlier this year to refinance its mixed-use and residential portfolio. These milestones affirm the Group’s ongoing commitment to integrating ESG principles into its core business model.

From district rejuvenation to sustainable innovation, GuocoLand’s story is ultimately one of long-term stewardship: shaping Singapore’s urban landscape today while building the foundations for tomorrow’s communities.
