RICS–REDAS Singapore Conference 2025: Blueprints of the Future

The RICS–REDAS Singapore Conference 2025, themed “Blueprints of the Future: Navigating Change in the Built Environment,” convened around 200 leaders and professionals from across real estate, construction, valuation, and finance to exchange ideas and perspectives on the future of the built environment.

 

Jointly organised by REDAS and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), this annual flagship event continues to serve as a key platform for dialogue between government, industry, and academia.

The conference opened with welcome remarks from Mr David Fogarty, Sr Dr Eugene Seah, and Mr Lee Choon Li, who set the tone for a day of thoughtful discussions around sustainability, technology, and human-centred development.

Programme Highlights

 

The full-day programme featured a series of plenary sessions, keynote presentations and expert panels that examined the evolving role of technology, sustainability and partnerships across the sector.

 

Speakers included representatives from leading organisations such as UOB, CapitaLand Development, and AECOM, alongside thought leaders from academia and consultancy.

 

Panel discussions covered topics such as market resilience, ESG integration, emerging asset classes and the future of smart and sustainable facilities. Each session encouraged open exchange and cross-sector collaboration, highlighting the importance of foresight, adaptability and collective action.
