You will be guided on the thinking behind the land policies and the processes. Interesting case studies and examples will enhance your understanding of the various concepts and policies. You will also learn how to capitalize on public portal and information to facilitate your work.

The general knowledge gained will enhance your usefulness, value and professionalism as a real estate practitioner. Notwithstanding whether you are a staff in a real estate company, consultant, agent or investor in Singapore or anywhere in the world, understanding of basic land policy and practice would be useful.
