This training will introduce the “Need to Know” about the misconceptions when acquiring or disposing of real estate (assets) and potential areas of risks, which could either lead to a crucial advantage or a regretful liability. Case studies with photographic records will also be shared during the training.

After this training, the participants will have a better understanding on the importance of “Technical Due Diligence” before committing to a property purchase or property disposal.
