A five-room flat in Henderson Road just changed hands for S$1.4 million this month, making it the priciest transaction in the HDB resale market yet. The unit in Block 96A, at 1,216 square foot (sq ft) in size, is on the 41st floor of the 48-storey block, which gives it panoramic views of the area.

Amazon said to be in advanced negotiations to lease space at IOI Central Boulevard Towers
Amazon is said to be in advanced talks to lease offices in IOI Properties Group’s office development along Central Boulevard. Market estimates of the amount of space that the multinational tech company is looking to lease at IOI Central Boulevard Towers vary, but most sources put it at around 350,000 sq ft.

FLCT to acquire prime suburban office building in Victoria for A$60.25m
Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT) plans to acquire a fully-leased freehold suburban commercial property in Victoria, Australia for A$60.25 million (about S$58.4 million). In a filing to the Singapore bourse on Thursday, FLCT said that the purchase price took into consideration an independent valuation of A$60.25 million conducted by consultancy CIVAS (VIC) as at April, 30, 2022.
