GuocoLand Malaysia’s unit to dispose of land in Malacca for RM119.3m
GuocoLand Malaysia (GLM) on Friday said its indirect subsidiary has entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement to dispose of a parcel of freehold agricultural land in Malacca to Parkland Avenue Sdn Bhd (PASB) for some RM119.3 million (S$39.3 million). PASB is a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia involved in property development and investment holding.

Starhill Global Reit sets up S$2b debt programme
Starhill Global Real Estate Investment Trust (Starhill Global Reit) has set up a S$2 billion multi-currency debt issuance programme, the manager announced late on Friday night. The scheme covers the issuance of both notes guaranteed by the trustee, HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore), which will be unsubordinated and unsecured debt obligations, and perpetual securities, which may either be subordinated or unsubordinated.

Bidadari HDB estate taking shape as residents move in
Singapore’s latest large estate, Bidadari, is coming to life – offering enviable greenery and connectivity – as the first batch of residents move into their Build-To-Order (BTO) Housing Board flats.
