Condo, HDB rental volumes fall in August as rents soften: SRX, 99.co
Rental volumes for condominiums and Housing and Development Board (HDB) flats fell in August after regaining some ground in July. Condo leasing volumes fell 7.6 per cent on the month to 6,730 units rented, compared with the 7,287 units leased in July, based on flash estimates from SRX and 99.co released on Wednesday (Sep 27).

Singapore to raise water price by 18% by April 2025 as costs climb
Singapore will raise the price of water by 18.2 per cent, or S$0.50 per cubic metre (cu m), in the next two years to keep up with “substantially” higher costs of production and supply, national water agency PUB announced on Wednesday (Sep 27).

SRI appoints head of research and data analytics
