Singapore private homes now the most expensive to own and rent in Asia-Pacific: report
Singapore’s private residential property is now the most expensive in the Asia-Pacific, overtaking Hong Kong in 2022, according to a report released by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) on Tuesday (May 30).

Condo resale volumes fall 17.9% in April, while prices rise 1.2%: SRX, 99.co
Resale volumes of private condominiums fell in April while prices rose, according to flash estimates from SRX and 99.co released on Tuesday (May 30). Some 919 condominium units were resold in April 2023, a 17.9 per cent decrease from the 1,119 units resold in March.

Ulu Pandan Park Connector affected by landslide to be fully open in December
Singapore – The Ulu Pandan Park Connector that was affected by a landslide at the Clementi NorthArc Build-To-Order site is on track to be fully reopened for public use by December. The Housing Board said on Saturday that repair and reconstruction works are being carried out to reinstate the 550m stretch along the south bank of the Ulu Pandan Park Connector, which was partially damaged by a landslide in September 2022 that led to soil displacement into Sungei Ulu Pandan.
