Olive Tree – which was formerly called Changjiang Fertilizer Holdings – said that subsidiary Tree Top Realty had agreed to buy a parcel of vacant free land in Johor Bahru from Regal Sapphire Sdn Bhd for RM12 million (S$4 million).
