BCA is launching a new CONQUAS banding system to help homebuyers better discern the construction workmanship quality and excellence of developers and builders based on their track records in private residential projects over the past six years. Revised requirements will be introduced under the CONQUAS 2022 standard to encourage developers and builders to take ownership of their construction workmanship quality and to continue to deliver high quality projects in a resource efficient manner.

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) launched the new tranche of the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) under BuildSG Transformation Fund (BTF) on 1 April 2023. The grant aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) keen on adopting pre-approved digital solutions, which enhance firms’ productivity under the Construction and Facilities Management Industry Digital Plan (IDP).

The Government has announced a new set of cooling measures which will take effect from 27 April 2023. This is the third round of cooling measures since December 2021.
