Eugene holds over 24 years of experience in Cost and Contracts Management, Sustainability, Digital and Technology as well as Construction Law and Alternate Dispute Resolution, working on a wide range of developments including commercial buildings, hotels, residential, institutional, airports and infrastructure project, industrial, mobility, TOD and sports complexes. He has vast experience in the construction sector and is well respected in the academic community as well.
